CSL International Inc. Pool of vessels consisting of "Panamax" size and "Handy" size self-unloading vessels.
Marbulk: CSL owns 50% of Marbulk which currently operates self-unloaders in the international Pool.
CSL Asia currently manages the operation of one self-unloader and two coal transshipment platforms the SST Berau and the FOTP Derawan, in Indonesia.
PSI: CSL indirectly owned 50% of a handysize bulker operating company in Indonesia. This business was sold in January 2008.
CSL Australia operates a fleet of self-unloading vessels primarily along the Australian coast.
PSI: CSL owned 50% of a handy size bulker operating company. The three ships in this company are employed primarily in the Indonesia coal trade.
Marbulk: CSL owns 50% of Marbulk which currently operates self-unloaders in the International Pool.
